How to Start and Submit your IPLP:
- Login to Laserfiche Forms
- Click Start Process
- Click Start to the right of the Curriculum and PD: Individual Professional Learning Plan option
- Note: You can save your draft as desired while completing an IPLP. To access your draft click on Drafts within your Laserfiche Forms Inbox
Accessing your Laserfiche Forms Account:
- Step 1: Go to www.d91.k12.id.us
- Step 2: Click on Staff Links (or click here)
- Step 3: Click on Laserfiche Forms
- Step 4: On the login screen enter your full email address and regular district password, and then click Sign In.
